With over 12 years of hands-on experience, Gaspari is a seasoned expert in information security and digital forensic analysis. His academic prowess, highlighted by a Master’s Degree in Information Security and a spectrum of professional certifications, certifications including CHFI, CEH, CISM, and CISA, merges seamlessly with his practical proficiency in hardware, software solutions, and risk management.

Gaspari’s educational journey boasts a Master’s Degree in Information Security from the Institute of Accountancy Arusha (2021), a Postgraduate Diploma in Foreign Relations from the Center for Foreign Relations (CFR) in Dar es Salaam (2018), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from St. Joseph College of Engineering and Technology (2010).

In October 2022, Gaspari assumed the pivotal role of Head of Cybersecurity at UBX Tanzania Limited. Charged with shaping and executing the company’s cybersecurity strategy, he ensures the enforcement of cybersecurity policies. Before this, Gaspari served as the Manager of Cybersecurity Services at UBX Tanzania Limited where, he orchestrated the delivery and assessment of cybersecurity baselines and spearheaded various cybersecurity initiatives. Gaspari’s career trajectory encompasses roles as Manager of IT Converged Infrastructure, Senior Systems Engineer, and Systems Engineer at Business Connexion (Tanzania) Limited, where he actively contributed to diverse IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.

Gaspari envisions UBX as a catalyst for empowering businesses and organizations across Tanzania with cutting-edge digital solutions, ensuring the highest standards of cybersecurity and data protection. His role as a cybersecurity expert plays a pivotal part in realizing UBX’s vision in becoming Tanzania’s premium end-to-end digital partner.
