Utilities Payments

This feature allows users to pay their utility bills such as electricity, water, gas, and other services directly through their mobile banking or internet banking platforms. Users can initiate payments, view payment history, providing convenience and ensuring timely bill payments.

Funds Transfer

Enable your users to send money electronically from one account to another, either within the same bank or across different banks and MNO, includes options for transferring funds instantly, scheduling future transfers, and setting up recurring transfers. Users can transfer funds to individuals or businesses.

GePG Payments

Government Electronic Payment Gateway payments facilitate the payment of various government fees, taxes, and fines electronically, customer can settle payments such as taxes, license fees, fines, and other government charges through their banking channels without visiting government offices, promoting efficiency and transparency.

Cardless Withdrawal

This feature allows users to withdraw cash from ATMs without using a physical debit or credit card, customer can withdrawal transaction through their mobile banking app, receiving a one-time PIN (OTP) or a withdrawal code which they enter at an enabled ATM to collect the cash, enhancing convenience and security.

MNO Wakala Cash Out:

Enables users to withdraw cash or receive remittances through authorized mobile money agents affiliated with telecom providers, customer locates nearby agents, initiate cash withdrawal transactions, and receive the funds instantly, leveraging the extensive agent network of mobile operators for easy access to cash.

Salary Advance

Allows your corporate clients to enable their employees to access a portion of their salary before the regular payday. Employees can request an advance, and if approved, the amount is transferred directly to their account, providing financial flexibility and helping manage unexpected expenses.

Block & Request Card

This feature allows customers to block their debit or credit cards temporarily if lost or stolen, and request replacements. customers can instantly block their cards to prevent unauthorized transactions and initiate a request for a replacement card through their mobile or internet banking interface, ensuring security and minimizing financial risk.
